15-Year Workmanship Warranty
With each installation Sta-Built performs, our customers receive a 15-year workmanship warranty. We know that IF there is something that will go wrong, it typically happens within the first 5 years. Other hardscaping installers promise longer warranty protection as a marketing gimmick.
Warranty Transfer
This warranty is transferable to subsequent homeowners of the home where the products are installed. To transfer this warranty, the owner must, within 30 days of closing the sale of their home, notify StaBuilt Construction of the name of the buyer assuming the rights under this warranty. This is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this warranty.
Upon inspection and recertification of the products to the satisfaction of StaBuilt Construction or upon StabBuilt’s’ waiver of such inspection and recertification, this warranty shall transfer to the subsequent homeowner.
