- Thorough compaction and re-grading for uniformity
- Geotextile fabric installation

- Secure fastening using 6” Rust-In-Lock spikes
- Zeolite infill for performance and drainage
Additional Synthetic Turf Areas – 150 Square Feet
We also installed:
- SB-CleanPet turf
- SB-TriNative turf
Both turf products carry a 15-Year Product Warranty and were selected for durability, natural appearance, and low maintenance performance.
Finishing Details
- Four 4.5” premium putting cups
- 6” x 8” putting green flags
- Chateau Block Edging (Charcoal blend) installed in a concrete bond beam
The charcoal Chateau edging creates a clean separation between turf zones and ties into the surrounding hardscape for a cohesive look.
