This is when you sign off on your project. Every project requires 10% down. Another 40% when materials are ordered.

4. Final Walkthrough:
Before concluding the project, we conduct a comprehensive walkthrough with you.
This final inspection allows us to address any minor adjustments or concerns you may have. We ensure that every element of the hardscaping design meets our stringent standards and aligns with your expectations.
Once you approve the completion of your project we collect the remaining 50% due for your project.
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal, and this walkthrough ensures that no detail goes overlooked.
5. Warranty Activation:
At StaBuilt, our commitment doesn’t end with project completion. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials.
Upon completion and approval of the project, we activate the warranty, providing you with peace of mind. We also will go over your project’s potential maintenance needs.
