When our marketing, field marketing and lead coordination teams speak with potential new Customers and schedule Consultation Appointments for our Design Consultants, we seek to collect some basic information.

Discovery: During our first conversations we gather as much information we can from our Customers, specifically the following information. 

• Personal Reason(s) for Wanting Project 
• Project Type: Patio, Driveway, Walkway Retaining Wall, Outdoor Kitchen, Firepit, Outdoor Fireplace, Synthetic Turf or an entire Outdoor Living Space
• Home Age: Recently Built, Under 10 Years, Over 10 Years 
• Timeline 
• Budget in Mind? Yes / No

These are all elements that may impact your Design Consultant’s recommendations. 

For every project a Design Consultant helps you make the best selections for your project. 

Initial Design Consultation and Assessment:

First, during your onsite consultation, we seek to understand our Customers’ vision, preferences, priorities, budget and decision factors. 

• Get the Picture: Most new Customers we speak with have been thinking about their projects and they get a picture in their head. Sometimes that picture is grandiose and other times it is a simple,

• Showcase Previous Projects & Experience: We show you before and after photos, testimonials, and other projects to showcase our expertise and the quality of our work, building confidence in our ability to transform outdoor spaces.

   

• Define the Type and Size of Project: During the initial design consultation, we work closely with our clients to define the scope and scale of their project. Whether it’s a small patio enhancement or a complete outdoor living space overhaul, we ensure that every aspect is carefully considered and aligned with the client’s vision.

• Discuss Timeline, Priorities & Product Options: We understand that each project comes with its unique timeline and priorities. Our Design Consultants discuss these factors in detail with our clients to establish realistic timelines, prioritize key project features, and explore various product options and colors that best suit our Customers’ project  needs, preferences, and budget.

• Identify Potential Challenges That May Impact Construction & Price: with their outdoor space. This helps us tailor our solutions to meet their specific needs effectively.

Get the Project Budget & Approve 

We strive to gather all the relevant information from our Customers during the Initial On-Site Consultation and within 24 hours provide you with a clear and concise itemized Quote that includes. 

Design: The design of your project outlines the scope of work we are bidding on and most often will include a nice visual of your project.

Materials: Depending on the type of project we are delivering and the quality of materials the budget for materials may fluctuate. 

Labor: This includes project management and the trades labor it takes to install your project. 

Permits: On occasion we may have to go to your local municipality and request a permit for you project. 

Delivery: Depending on the size and location of your project we may need to assess a one-time delivery surcharge. 

Promotional Pricing: During certain times of year StaBuilt runs promotions that can reduce the overall cost of your project.

You will be able to approve your project’s budget online and get connected to our billing and or finance department. 

Schedule the Work

Project Contact and Coordination: Once your project is approved, you will be assigned a Project Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between you and the project team. 

Connect During the Project 

Transparent Communication: Keep clients informed throughout the project, maintaining transparency and ensuring they feel valued and reassured at every step of the process.

Change Orders: Many times throughout the project changes are made. If those changes are beyond the original scope of the project you will be issued a change order you will need to approve before we proceed with that work.

Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to continuously improve our offerings, service delivery, and innovation. This ensures that we meet and exceed client expectations and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.

Finish & Final Review

When your project is complete, your Project Manager will walk you through every part of the installation to ensure your complete 100% satisfaction and request a local review 

Clean Up

On some occasions there may be surplus materials left on palettes at the job site and it may take a day or two for our clean up crew to come remove these materials and do a final clean up.
