Fire Pits

Fire Pit Installer in Washington & Oregon

We Build Fire Pits in the Pacific Northwest including Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, and Portland.

Why Choose a Paver Fire Pit for Your Home?

Fire pits extend the outdoor-living season in style. A fire pit is a destination that draws families and friends armed with marshmallows and s’mores for a great time of conversation long into the cool evenings – How could your backyard do without one. Our fire pits are not just a rudimentary steel ring, No our fire pits are designed to enhance your outdoor living setting. Some homeowners would not give up the crackle from a wood fire and are willing to deal with the smoke and ashes, Others find the ease of flipping a switch for an instant and more controllable flame a greater draw.

How Much: You can get a 50-inch interlocking stone fire-pit between $750 to $950 and most propane/gas-burning versions start at about $3500.

Are they kid-safe? It’s common sense that you should supervise little ones around open flames. Keep fires small, and know that even after the flames go out, fire pits remain burning hot.

Maintenance: You can clean the metal insert with hot water and a little soap. Make sure you dry well when complete. Any paver or stonework you should clean only with an approved masonry cleaner and make sure you cover the fire-pit when completed with an approved manufacturer cover.

Wood or Gas: To some, wood fires smell as good as they look and usually the wood is readily available. Hardwoods like hickory and oak generate the most BTUs thus making them an excellent choice for heat. To others, the smoke and ash are not worth the hassle, plus they don’t want to make sure they have dry wood on hand. This is why there is gas. It’s easy to use with virtually no maintenance that will give around 40,000 to 85,000 BTUs. Like a grill, the flame will have a blue flicker if the pipes become clogged and natural gas requires a pro to run a buried supply line.
